Every holiday season, L-Tron makes it a point to give back as a company. The unique thing about L-Tron, however, is that “giving back” means a whole lot more than simply writing a check to an organization. Instead, the process is collaborative, involves the entire team, and often lasts throughout the entire year. The collective generosity of our team speaks volumes about the type of company L-Tron is.
As the year comes to an end, our team took some time to reflect back on 2021. Yes, there have absolutely been hard times and struggles. We recognize that it’s been a long and difficult year for many. We also realize that we all have a multitude of successes to be thankful for, as a company and as individuals!

A career as a first responder can be a thankless job. This year, the very first National First Responders Day is coming up on Thursday October 28, 2021. This marks a great opportunity to show our first responders that we care. L-Tron would like to share a few positive stories from our team members, as well as some practical ways that we can all show support to the first responders in our communities.
It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. At L-Tron, we faced many challenges. During the early days of the pandemic, we were recognized by New York State as an “essential business,” due to the vital role we play in supply chain for COVID-related medical tests and equipment. This was great news because it meant our doors would stay open throughout the pandemic. However, for our company leaders, that recognition also meant taking an immediate, in-depth look into our processes. Our goal was to keep our employees healthy and safe, as well as to keep business running smoothly for our clients. See where we are now.
