L-Tron Corporation‘s COO, Gayle DeRose, is pleased to announce that Sally Schneider has been promoted to Operations Lead. Sally has been with the Company for 2 years as Senior Operations Administrator; she will continue her current duties as well as assume a leadership role with the Operations Team.
The team leader is the communication link between the front-line and management. As a team leader, Sally will manage day-to-day planning, operations and problem-solving to ensure the Operations team meets its required levels of service.
