Following Two-Year Pause, L-Tron Celebrates Successful Return to the 2022 Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Conference

The L-Tron team was pleased to return to the 2022 Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety (ESLETS) Conference for an eighth year. Though typically an annual event, the conference was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19 concerns. This year, the two-day conference took place from April 6-7 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Syracuse, NY. The L-Tron team is proud to sponsor and support this event. Team members Charlie, Julianne and Isabella enjoyed reconnecting with Law Enforcement from throughout the state, as well as meeting many new Patrol Officers and Traffic Safety professionals.

Press Release: The L-Tron Team Returns to 2022 ESLETS Conference in Syracuse, NY

L-Tron will attend and sponsor its 8th Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety (ESLETS) Conference this year in Syracuse, NY. Traditionally, members of New York State Police gather every spring to address highway safety issues and challenges but the annual conference was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This year, the conference is scheduled to resume from April 6-7, 2022 and the L-Tron team is excited to reconnect with familiar attendees and meet new participants from around the state.

L-Tron to Attend & Present at Upcoming Chesapeake Bay IAI Spring Conference

The L-Tron team will attend and sponsor the upcoming Chesapeake Bay Division’s IAI Educational Conference in Gettysburg, PA, from March 23-25, 2022. This year’s educational conference will be held at the Wyndham Gettysburg, where attendees will experience lectures, workshops, discussions, training sessions and networking opportunities.

Weatherford Police Department, Parker County DA & Sheriff’s Office Team up for TX OSCR360 Purchase

OSCR360 was recently spotted in the Weatherford, Texas news, following a joint purchase between three of the community’s local criminal justice agencies. Parker County District Attorney’s Office, Parker County Sheriff’s Office, and Weatherford Police Department teamed together to share costs and equipment. This has brought cutting-edge investigative technology to all three agencies. OSCR360 will be used at crime scenes, crash scenes, and in the courtroom to aid in the criminal justice process.

The L-Tron team has returned from a successful trip to the Pennsylvania State Police Crash Reconstruction Seminar in Gettysburg, PA which took place from November 1-5, 2021. The team had the opportunity to present two technologies built directly from the voice of law enforcement. These tools help officers better protect and serve their communities – the 4910LR Driver’s License Reader and OSCR360 for Crash Reconstruction.

The L-Tron team will travel to Gettysburg for the annual Pennsylvania Crash Reconstruction Seminar. This event is hosted by the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) and will be held from November 1-5, 2021. The team will present the 4910LR Driver’s License Reader and OSCR360 for Crash Reconstruction to conference attendees.

Effective today, L-Tron is announcing that the price of its 4910LR Driver’s License Reader for Law Enforcement will increase. This price increase will reflect ongoing supply chain challenges and increasing material costs.

This announcement comes as the first-ever price increase for the 4910LR since its inception over eight years ago in 2013.
