L-Tron will be attending the 24th annual Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety (ESLETS) Conference in Syracuse, NY from April 9-10, 2025. As a longtime advocate for the ESLETS conference, L-Tron team members Julianne Pangal and Ryan Gomez will be available at the event. The team will showcase L-Tron’s 4910LR Driver’s License Reader and the patented OSCR360 Investigation System.
The ESLETS Conference, an event hosted by the New York State Police, aims to train other New York State agencies on best practices in highway safety. ESLETS also provides an opportunity for departments to network and develop cooperative working relationships with one another.
Pangal and Gomez will be available throughout the conference to demo L-Tron’s 4910LR Driver’s License Reader for electronic citations and accident reports, as well as the OSCR360 System.
Meet the 4910LR Driver’s License Scanner:
With the 4910LR, officers are equipped to conduct roadside stops and accident reports efficiently, safely and accurately. They can quickly scan driver’s licenses and vehicle registration barcodes to auto-populate into ticketing and reporting software. Officers avoid human error, illegibility and ticket dismissals, all while reducing time spent on the roadside.
The 4910LR is ergonomic to operate and convenient to secure in the patrol car with the Magnetic Mount. In addition to the 4910LR and Magnetic Mount, L-Tron provides a full gamut of electronic citation equipment, including rugged tablets and laptops, mounting hardware, mobile printers and media.

OSCR360 documents and organizes crime scenes and any digital evidence. After documenting the scene, users can add additional evidence and notes as “points of interest.” Investigators, crash reconstructionists, fire agencies and schools employ OSCR360 to capture every detail from a scene, including the driver’s/witness perspectives and aerial views. Law enforcement agencies also utilize OSCR360 for search warrant documentation, expert witness testimony, active threat preparation, and training.
