We are pleased to welcome aboard Pat Willome!

After being with us for a few months, we are excited to share more about Pat and his role on the L-Tron team.

Meet Pat Willome

Pat joins the L-Tron team with over a decade of experience in digital marketing, vendor management, and contributing to custom software development. According to Pat, he specializes in “working directly with the customer on what features they want to invest in, and then making sure the development work is done.”

For the time being, his primary role at L-Tron will be working with school security officers and administrators to discover how we can continue improving OSCR360’s emergency planning functionality for schools. He will also help to prioritize what features get added to OSCR360 from a software perspective. This approach closely ties into L-Tron’s goals. Our tagline, “Your Success is Our Purpose” means that we build technology from the voices of our customers, based on their unique needs.

Spare time? What spare time?

As the father of three elementary school-aged boys and a dog owner, Pat definitely stays busy. Along with his wife, he regularly volunteers with their local Cub Scouts organization and supports his kids’ other activities. His family enjoys spending time together in the great outdoors with their dog, Molly, as well as swimming together and going on camping trips in their camper. The whole family also enjoys music, so much in fact that Pat is teaching himself to play the keyboard as his son learns to play viola.

With the occasional down time he does have, Pat loves to enjoy a delicious burger on a brioche bun from his favorite restaurant, The Humphrey House. He also appreciates a video game session, as well as collecting action figures, and watching Star Wars® and Marvel® superhero movies.

Fun Pat Facts

Everyone is known for something around the office, so only time will tell what sticks with Pat. Here are a few little-known facts about him:

  • He has a super detail-oriented nature, which results in him composing really long emails.
  • His expressive voice carries across great distances.
  • He hates seltzer water. (He reports that every time he tries it, he thinks it’s disgusting.)

I’m stuck on the seltzer water thing. How can someone not love seltzer water?!

As Pat continues onboarding and getting to know everyone, I hope you will join me in welcoming Pat to the team.

Good luck and welcome to the LTC family, Pat!
