From the moment I met Kevin, I knew I liked him. How could I not, when I discovered that we share the same August birthday? Aside from this fun commonality, I’ve found that Kevin is friendly, easy to talk to, and a hard worker. Get to know him better below:
An integral part of L-Tron’s Operations
Kevin Best joined the LTC Operations Team earlier this year and has been an asset to the company ever since. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Kevin has acclimated well to the L-Tron ways. On a day-to-day basis, he works closely alongside Tom and Cathy to make sure that customer orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner to satisfy our quality and service standards. He recognizes that customer satisfaction is a top priority at L-Tron and does his part to proactively ensure that each order meets our zero-defect standard. Although his main responsibilities are kitting products to ship, Kevin can also be counted on to jump in and help whenever an extra hand is needed around the office.

How has his work life changed since L-Tron? Kevin says that he loves the quieter, peaceful environment at L-Tron. In his former positions, there was always loud noise from trucks running in the background, whereas now, he sees and hears the sounds of nature!
As a longtime NY Giants fan (since the age of 9!), Kevin is in the minority at the L-Tron office filled with Buffalo Bills fans, but he doesn’t let it get to him. We’ll just have to wait and see who gets bragging rights during this upcoming NFL season.
Nicknamed “Kev” around the office, Kevin is known for his easy going, joking mannerisms that make him easy to like and add a layer of lightheartedness to the office. His catchphrase is, “Hug it out,” which he cheerily uses to quickly settle any in-office debates.
Our resident barbeque pro
Born and raised in Western NY, Kevin lives with his wife, numerous pets, and adorable 2-year-old niece, who keeps him young, active and at the top of his game. Like most 2-year-olds, his niece is “like a little ninja!”
In his downtime, Kevin enjoys working on cars and drawing graphic designs, particularly comics. He’s a talented artist, and even designed the tattoo across his right arm. Rumor has it that Kevin is currently working on a Superman drawing for Tom.
Aside from his mechanical and artistic abilities, Kevin’s barbequing skills are second-to-none. From brisket to pulled chicken, and pretty much everything in between, Kevin’s co-workers benefit when he has his tongs in hand. Here’s to hoping L-Tron has another potluck event soon!
