L-Tron Corporation VP Announced as Finalist for Victor Chamber Women of Excellence Jikohnsaseh Award
Gayle DeRose, L-Tron Corporation’s Sr. Vice President, COO and Marketing Director, is a finalist for the Victor Chamber 2018 Women of Excellence Jikohnsaseh Award.
VICTOR, NY – March 20, 2018. L-Tron Corporation is pleased to announce that Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Marketing Director Gayle DeRose, is a finalist for the Victor Chamber of Commerce 2018 Women of Excellence Jikohnsaseh Award. Winners will be announced at an awards dinner on March 21st 2018 to be held at the Ravenwood Golf Club.
The Victor Women of Excellence Jikohnsaseh Award recognizes women for their career accomplishments, leadership, and wisdom. Winners are selected based on professional experience, community involvement, leadership and a continued commitment to mentoring others. The award winner will be:
“A woman who lives and/or works in Victor, who embodies the characteristics of Jikohnsaseh and has reached a level of professional achievement that is impressive or has contributed significantly to her chosen career field. This woman serves as a professional role model for all women and demonstrates significant professional achievement, leadership and mentoring”

Other finalists for the Women of Excellence Jikohnsaseh Award include; Ginny Ryan, Victoria Bach-Fink, Elena Oyer and Petrea Rae.
Jikohnsaseh, a founder of the Iroquois Confederacy, was instrumental in forming the 5 Iroquois nations and spread a message of peace, health and justice. Gayle embodies the characteristics of Jikohnsaseh. She leads by example and is able to bring out the best in those around her. She mentors members of the L-Tron Operations and Marketing teams, and gives each of her employees a voice, encouraging them to grow as individuals and within the company.
