L-Tron Team

L-Tron Leadership Team

We help our clients to use their data to optimize their business and productivity. But – we do more than that. At our core, L-Tron is helping our clients to help their customers. This means we are saving lives by manufacturing critical healthcare components, keeping the roads safer with barcode scanning devices for public safety and vehicle inspections, serving justice with crime scene investigation tools and so much more.

Our leadership team keeps each department aligned with the common goal of putting our customers first. Delivering best-in-class products and solutions that make a difference for our clients.

Meet Viet Nguyen: Director of Platform Development

viet

Viet first brought his web development talents to L-Tron in 2015, and we’ve kept him busy ever since. With over 20 years of platform development experience, Viet is always hard at work on the next software update for OSCR360, as well as the other development projects.

Outside of the office, Viet is a dedicated father and devoted dog-lover. His hobbies include 3D printing, home automation, microcontrollers, and billiards.

Viet’s beloved four-legged friend, Oscar, was OSCR360’s mascot and namesake. We were all saddened when he passed away in 2023. Oscar was always by Viet’s side, and he is greatly missed at the office.

Sales and Support Team

Our Sales and Support Team was the first-ever division of L-Tron, back when L-Tron was born in the 1970s. Today, this team is hard at work on the phone, online, and traveling around the country to answer your questions and help you find the right solution for your agency or business.

Our team has been trained to be hardware agnostic, meaning we will use our knowledge and expertise to recommend the very best technology fit for your application, rather than deferring to a particular brand name. Our premier status with many of the world’s leading manufacturers enables our Sales and Support staff to recommend the highest quality product at the best possible prices, while also providing you with fast, responsive customer service and technical support.

Operations Team

L-Tron is ISO 9001-Certified, and the Operations Team works incredibly hard to ensure this standard is met, each and every day. In addition, our dedicated Operations Team abides by an internal 100% quality/zero defect policy to deliver the highest levels of quality and service to our customers.

The Operations Team is well-organized and always busy keeping our office running smoothly, from stocking supplies and products to accounts receivable to kitting and shipping new products to customers in a timely manner. On countless occasions, we’ve had customers reach out to our Operations Team to thank them for their pleasant, proactive approach that sets us apart from other companies.
